John is the Vice President and General Manager of RE/MAX Gold Commercial and RM Property Management. During his 25 years of real estate experience, John has been involved in planning and design, negotiating leases and contracts, the management of properties, as well as the management and training of other realtors. He has been involved in the leasing of over 800,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial, as well as the sales and joint ventures of over $160 million of investment property.
John's former experience includes working for D. Benvenuti Properties, one of Sacramento's largest developers. John was hired to handle the leasing and sales of projects and land acquisitions for new developments. John is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and ACRE (Association of Commercial Real Estate). John's current focus is in the sales of investment properties.
